Ebony

Meet Ebony! One of our caring veterinary nurses who loves helping patients feel comfortable and safe during their time at the clinic. After gaining her Veterinary Nursing qualification in 2017, Ebony joined the Oxley Highway Vets team in 2020 and has been a valued part of our nursing team ever since.

Ebony understands how stressful it can be for owners to leave their beloved pets at the clinic, which is why she makes sure every patient receives plenty of comfort and cuddles while they’re with us. One of her favourite parts of the job is nursing sick hospital patients back to full health and seeing them happily return home to their families.

Outside of the clinic, Ebony spends much of her time with her young son and her pets, including her 10-year- old Kelpie cross, Missy, and her 9-year-old Pygmy Bearded Dragon, Khaleesi.

Fun fact: Khaleesi’s full title is Mother of All Dragons, and during summer you’ll almost always find Ebony at the beach enjoying the sunshine and going for a swim.
