Mikayla may look familiar; originally hailing from Coopernook NSW she was a vet nurse with the Oxley Highway team a few years ago before relocating to Gatton in QLD to further her study. But she just couldn’t stay away!

Since obtaining her vet nurse qualification in 2018, Mikayla has worked between a range of small and large animals, and shows a keen interest in orthopaedics, general surgery and emergency care.

Mikayla is a typical animal loving vet nurse and has 3 beautiful dogs Lily, Luna and Hazel, as well as 3 gorgeous horses! In her spare time Mikayla enjoys spending time with her dogs,  riding horses and even competes in rodeo’s when she can.
